Dr. Sunny Sajjad, DPM, MS, DSBPM is a Board-Certified Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with an emphasis in limb preservation and is now practicing in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Since completing his formal training at the world-famous Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, North Chicago, IL; Dr. Sajjad completed a research fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio focused on Diabetic Limb Salvage & Clinical Research Fellow San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Sajjad had the opportunity to shadow an industry leading podiatric physician and surgeon, Dr. Lowell Weil, Sr. who played an integral role in his decision to obtain a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine Degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl college of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. Throughout medical school he worked diligently and received accolades including a grant from the American Podiatric Medical Student Association (APMSA), which led him to the research and development of a specialized surgical implant, resulting in the Swanson Independent Research Scholar award.
