Local primary care physician and wound care specialist Dr. Paul Spiller has joined WoundCentrics and began providing wound care services to WoundCentrics’ partner hospitals and post-acute facilities in the greater Austin area on May 9, 2022. 

Dr. Spiller completed his undergraduate education at Clemson University in South Carolina before graduating medical school at Mercer University School of Medicine, Macon, Georgia. He then completed a Family Practice Residency program at University of Alabama at Huntsville, Alabama. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice. 

Dr. Spiller worked as a physician in the Carolinas before relocating to the Round Rock, Texas area. Upon joining the WoundCentrics team, he completed Wound Care University at WoundCentrics corporate office in New Braunfels, Texas. Wound Care University is a combination of a 40 hour Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Society approved hyperbaric medicine certification course and an interactive training and shadowing curriculum for advanced wound care.
